Ultimately, even with shorter sleep durations, identifying and tailoring sleep patterns to the individual is essential for achieving perfect restorative sleep.

Using Slyric brainwave synchronization sounds, specific frequencies or noise stimuli can be applied to align with the current sleep stage, facilitating transitions between stages or sustaining a particular stage. Specifically, during each sleep stage, brainwaves within a certain frequency range are generated.
By delivering sounds that correspond to these frequencies, the transition to the associated sleep stage can be induced. Additionally, characteristic brainwave signals unique to each sleep stage can be artificially amplified through sound stimulation, extending and maintaining the duration of that sleep stage.
